JLB Architects was instructed to compile an overall masterplan for the House Horizon complex. This plan included the new 52-unit, 3 storey residential apartments for mentally impaired adults, a chapel and linking pathways and vistas connecting the new buildings to the old as well as water-wise landscaping.
