In 2013 the City of Cape Town revised the CTZS [Cape Town Zone Scheme] that allowed the densification of the City’s suburbs. JLB architects was asked by the developer to optimise this small plot and a series of designs and departure applications lead to an upmarket 13 unit apartment block.

one of the main aims of the designers was the exploiting of the extraordinary views from the Tokai forests across to the Kirstenbosch slopes and of Devils Peak have been carefully worked into the design.
