20 storey high rise building design studies were done in 2012-2013. The design studies explored the design opportunities and the optimizing of the town planning zoning rights for the client. A below ground portion to accommodate a Data Centre’s additional ‘energy farm’ components for the 2N+1 availability to increase the Uptime institutes’  Tier classification. Eight storeys of offices were also added.
