The 8 storey, meduim rise Retail and Office building was designed for Insumo developments. The brief called for the optimization of the erven zoning rights and to address the critical shortage of parking in the area. the upper level offices have an exquisite 360 degree views of the surrounding areas.

The user requirements called for a flexible office configuration with a sub-letting configuration of 8 tenants directly off the main lift lobbies, this allowed for a better long term viability and investment for the building owner.
