This development was done as part of a strategy of SARS to develop regional offices.

The long narrow site presented challenges in terms of form and space and also circulation. The building approach was the key with the configuration of path via and elevated walkway thus separating vehicles from pedestrians and users of the facility. This path lead the user to the middle of the narrow site, from where it radiates to the various destinations.

An environmentally friendly design, which acknowledges the surrounding context and landscape.
