This building was part of a redevelopment of the surrounding area next to the Sanlam head office precinct.  The 3 level building was a fast track construction program and consolidated all the surrounding ABSA facilities into one single building. During the design process the long term ‘cost – benefit’ of materials were extensively researched and used.  various precast options were employed to fast track the construction period. The building was delivered on time and within budget.
